Trois brings over 25 years of experience helping health care organizations improve their operational and technological performance. She has served hospitals in 33 states, dealing with complex vendor contracts, high-risk hospital/system contracts and ever-changing patented algorithms.
As a member of Microscope’s Margin Solutions, Trois manages our unique and patented approach to enhance a hospital/system’s financial bottom-line, developing a keen understanding of each healthcare organization’s operational and information technology requirements. Her custom cost-effective solutions assure smooth operations and opportunities for profitability.
She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American Academy of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Trois is a graduate of Otterbein College and Project Management Boot Camp.
