Shannon brings over 20 years of experience providing financial advisory, compliance and consulting services to healthcare organizations including hospitals and large healthcare systems, physician practices and governmental healthcare entities.
As the leader of Microscope’s 340B Drug Compliance and Optimization Services, Shannon focuses on assisting hospitals and other cover entities in meeting their compliance objectives, strategic goals and initiatives within the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Shannon engages Microscope’s team of highly specialized and experienced pharmaceutical, reimbursement and financial professionals to provide comprehensive 340B Drug Pricing Program services including:
- Program education
- Planning and evaluation
- Policies and procedures
- Program audits and compliance
- Cost report and 340B strategic assessments
Shannon works collaboratively with our 340B experts including licensed pharmacists and technicians to approach each engagement with an individualized plan that concentrates on 340B program participation, compliance and optimization for capturing 340B program discounts and revenue opportunities.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Shannon is a graduate of Le Moyne College.
