Tricia oversees the financial, personnel, training and development functions at Microscope. Some of her responsibilities include:
Oversight of recruiting
- Financial strategy and budgets
- Hiring
- Training
- Internship programming
- Performance evaluations
- General administrative matters
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Tricia is a graduate of Le Moyne College.
