New Hire: Kathleen D. Hoffman, CPA

Kathleen D. Hoffman, CPA, joins Microscope as a Senior Director within their Revenue Cycle Service Line. In her new role, she will collaborate with healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices to enhance revenue cycle performance, mitigate denials, and ensure compliance. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle leadership, Kathleen brings expertise in system optimization, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Microscope, Kathleen held leadership roles at major healthcare systems and organizations, where she led large-scale system implementations, streamlined workflows, and achieved measurable improvements in operational efficiency and compliance. Kathleen is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Healthcare Financial Management Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR). She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.
