JULIE L. FENOGLIO, BSN, MHA, RN - SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MARGIN SOLUTIONS
Julie brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership and consulting to a variety of hospitals throughout the continuum of care. She excels in assisting hospitals improve operational and strategic performance through evidence-based and best practices solutions that assist in achieving organizational goals.
SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT JULIE:
- She lives in Iowa with her husband, 2 cats and 2 horses
- She loves to spend time with her 3 kids and grandkids
- She loves to knit and during quarantine she was able to knit 3 sweaters (short sleeves make it much easier!)
- She worked in accounting before becoming a nurse
As a member of Microscope’s Margin Solutions, Julie focuses on the needs of her clients along with organizational culture and client opportunities to assist in providing strategic guidance. She utilizes a collaborative, individualized approach with clients in order to develop and execute solutions that meet the needs of each client.
Julie is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL), and Sigma Theta Tau: Honor Society for Nursing.
Julie is a graduate of College of St. Benedict and St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
