Maximizing your Opportunities: PRF Funds and FEMA

Maximizing your Opportunities: PRF Funds and FEMA

The deadline for the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) reporting period two is approaching. The portal is open until March 31, 2022 and includes reporting on payments received between July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.  PRF recipients must only use payments for eligible expenses including services rendered, and lost revenues during the period of availability, which is through December 31, 2021 for reporting period two.  PRF recipients that do not report within the respective reporting time period are out of compliance with payment Terms and Conditions and may be subject to recoupment.

In addition, on March 1, 2022, the President issued a “Memorandum on Maximizing Assistance to Respond to COVID-19”, which extends the 100% federal reimbursement for Category B COVID-19 Emergency Protective Measures through July 1, 2022. The extension of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) support includes efforts such as vaccination clinics, mass testing sites, and surging hospital resources.

Are you maximizing your opportunity to recoup qualifying expenses and lost revenue between Provider Relief Funds and other funding sources, while still maintaining compliance?

We can help you navigate through this process and ensure you're maximizing your opportunities.
